Here is it: "The year 1876, on the 20th of September at 3 and 15 in the afternoon, in the Municipal House. In front of me Sartori Luigi, Officer of the Civil Status of the Municipality of Bagnone and Delegated Secretary with act of the Mayor on the 30th of December 1874, duly approved. Appeared Forni Francesco, aged 30, a farmer, domiciled in Cassolana and Sbarra Pietro, aged 49, a farmer domiciled in Cassolana, who told me that at 8:30 in the morning today, in the house located in Cassolana, at number 28, Forni Luigi Emilio died, aged 1 and 5 months, born and domiciled in Cassolana. He was born from the living Francesco, farmer, and from the living Sbarra Annunziata, farmer. Zannetti Antonio, aged 45, farmer and Taddei Pellegrino, aged 42, laborer, both residing in this municipality, were present as witnesses. Having read this document, all those present do not sign because they are all illiterate."
