Sauris 1740-1800

Hello everyone,
As I continue my DOMINI research, I'm wondering if records exist for birth, marriages and deaths in Sauris for the 1700s? I have a couple Giorgio DOMINI (wife Osvalda?) who had at least 3 sons Giuseppe, Andrea and Giovanni (all born in Sauris) who all moved to Ziracco. Weavers.
I saw a document that mentioned a Giorgio DOMINI and Maria Colle who had 3 sons who moved to "Bas Friuli". Could I have the wife's name wrong?
I know the DOMINI family were in Sauris since at least late 1500s.
