Saving full-size images from antenati.san.beniculturali.it

Does anyone know a way to save a full-size record image from the antenati.san.beniculturali.it website? It seems like they don't want people saving images from there. They don't provide a download option, and If you try to open just the image in a new tab, it only opens the part of the image that's visible on the screen.

The picture never loads. it's just a black square with a "loading" icon in the middle that keeps spinning as if it can't load the image. I tried another browser. Am I doing something wrong?
