Now let me explain: My family and I have been searching for months trying to find the birth certificate and marriage licence of my greatgrandfather. We were not successful through FamilySearch so perhaps someone here could help us? If I could at least get his birth date, that would already be a big success.
These are all the details I know about him:
My grandfather's name was Giovanni Tibaldi. Born around 1869/70 in Voghera, Lombardia. His parents names we only have them in Spanish as they were translated in all the documents we have in Argentina. They were called Santiago Tibaldi (so perhaps Giacomo Tibaldi?) and Teresa Migliora.
He married Alessandrina Torlaschi, born in Alessandria, Piamonte. They emigrated to Argentina a bit before 1906.
If anyone could tell me for example how to get access to birth records of Voghera, that would already be a huge help.
