Thank you all in advance if i cant find some document anyway

Let me explain about my research: My family and I have been searching for months trying to find the birth certificate of my grandfather. We were not successful through FamilySearch so perhaps someone here could help us? If I could at least get his birth date, that would already be a big success.

These are all the details I know about him:
My grandfather's name was Cesare Canulli. Born around 1880-1885 in Perugia. His first marriage was before 1911 with Iole Consolani from Rome, in Italy. He was called Cesar Canulli in Argentina.
They emigrated to Argentina a bit before 1911.

If anyone could tell me for example how to get access to birth records of Perugia from around 1800-1900, that would already be a huge help.

Ecco l'atto di matrimonio tra Canulli Cesare e Consolani Iole Luisa celebrato a Roma il 15 maggio 1910.

Cesare, nato a Foligno nel 1880 circa, di professione musicista, era figlio del defunto Giuseppe e di Chiara Dini.

Iole Luisa, nata a Roma nel 1879 circa, era figlia di Adolfo e di Agnese Bellucci.

Cesare era nato a Foligno, provincia di Perugia, il 24 marzo 1880, figlio di Giuseppe, di anni 40, calzolaio.
I suoi genitori non erano sposati e solo dopo il loro matrimonio, celebrato forse nel 1893, il bambino è stato riconosciuto anche dalla madre.

Iole Luisa era nata a Roma il 12 ottobre 1878, figlia di Adolfo, di anni 30, scultore e di Agnese Bellucci.

I was searching on familysearch web but there is no information about birth on year 1880, only from 1868, 1895 and so on... i remember have search there before but i couldn´t find anything because there is no info from that year. I will write and email to website from Perugia and Foligno comune and check if they can find any information about birth certificate.

Usarlo come certificato di nascita in che contesto? Potresti chiederne una fotocopia autenticata all'Archivio di Stato di Roma

Perugia non c'entra niente.
Il Comune di Foligno non risponde alle richieste?

Hi Luciana,
this kind of document is only an extract of the birth certificate, useful at the time of marriage, but you can use it for your genealogy.
Additionally you can request an integral copy of his birth act (Act no. 186 of 1880) to the Civil Status Office of Foligno, attaching your ID, see here for email address:
