Ancestor of Angelo Garbi

Good morning everyone.
Im trying to find information of one of my ancestors and I was able to find most of the details like death and marriage certificates in my home country, however, not so successul in finding the borth registration or certificate in Italy.
From the information I have that would help in the search are the following details for the ancestor Im looking for:
Angelo Garbi
Belived to have been born between 1872 - 1873
Wife: Mariana Ferraresi ( married in Brazil )
Went to Brazil first time when he was 19 years, then went back to Italy and return to Brazil with 30 years old with wife and children.
Parents
Father: Giuseppe Garbi
Mother: Giacomina Ferrarina Garbi
From Angelo Garbi death certificate information given by one of his children when making the declaration was that he was from Rovigo.
I believe these are the main details that could help find some information, I have emailed anagrafe in Rovigo and also the diocese, which I did not get an answer so far.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this or point me in the right direction.
