Hi
My ancestor, Bartolomeo Barsi was born in Alpe di Stazzema, Lucca on 17th September 1821.
He was born Adriano Silvestro Barsi, but every other record calls him Bartolomeo Barsi.
He was the son of Lorenzo Barsi and Lucrezia Mazzei.
This is his birth in Alpe di Stazzema (Adriano Silvestro Barsi) record no. 126:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 59/033DlB8
And this is him in the 1841 census in Alpe di Stazzema. (Bartolomeo Barsi) Record no. 75:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 99/5B4AmyZ
By 1842 they were living in Pietrasanta, Lucca and Bartolomeo Barsi married Maria Assunta Lucchesi on 6th July 1842 in Valdicastello, Pietrasanta. Record no. 35:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 6/0n1Go34/
I have only found one child born to them. Maria Maddalena Carlotta Barsi, born San Martino, Pietrasanta on 3rd June 1844. Record no. 160:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 96/w9Agl1Q
Bartolomeo Barsi's wife, Maria Assunta Lucchesi died in San Martino, Pietrasanta on 27th August 1860. Record No. 140:
https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 56/wjgxlX7
Bartolomeo Barsi died in Hospital in San Pier d'Arena, Genova on 25th November 1886. Record No. 143:

His death was also recorded in Stazzema: record No. 6:

It says his widow is Margherita Francia.
However, I can't find a marriage for Bartolomeo Barsi to Margherita Francia.
Or a marriage or death for his daughter Maria Maddalena Carlotta Barsi.
Or a death of Margherita Francia (or if they had any children).
I e-mailed the comune for San Pier d'Arena asking for information but they have no record of Margherita Francia or Maria Maddalena Carlotta Barsi.
And I've searched the records for Stazzema and Pietrasanta and I haven't found any mention of them.
Can anybody please help me to find records of birth, marriage, death for Margherita Francia?
And the possible marriage and death of Maria Maddalena Carlotta Barsi?
Thanks
Darin.
