Hi
On the antenati site, the town of Lucca has deaths only starting from 1851.
I am looking for deaths in Lucca Hospital which are contained within the records for the town of Lucca from 1851 onwards.
I can't find where the records for Lucca Hospital may be before 1851.
Can anybody suggest if they will be there and if so what town will they be under?
Thanks
Darin.

Another query regarding antenati:
Under the area of Firenze, it states:
Does this mean that the 1841 Tuscany census is viewable via the antenati site?
I can't find it if it does so can anybody paste the link?
I know it is available on microfilm from the LDS Familysearch, but I can't see them online from that site either.
Thanks,
Darin.

The State Archive of Lucca has only administrative documentation regarding Lucca Hospital.
Deaths in Lucca Hospital aren't also at the Municipal Historical Archive of Lucca and at the ASL (public health company) Archive, so these records seem to have not been preserved.

No, It isn't viewable via the Antenati site.
The 1841 Tuscany census is available ordering microfilm from Family Search or consulting microfilm at the State Archive of Firenze.
