My great grandmother Maria Calabrese was born in Salandra, Basilicata. Matera, Italy in 1867. I would very much like to know the names of her parents as I have never been able to find this information.

If she was born in Salandra unfortunately you won't find the acts online on FamilySearch.org because birth records start in 1901 until 1910:

So you should contact the Ufficio di Stato Civile of Salandra and request a "copia integrale dell'atto di nascita":
