Ciao a tutti,

I need help understanding the following baptism records:

1)

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1939238

Valentino, di Daniele.
- "di Daniele qui (?) Giacomo qui(?)Daniel Mizzera.
What is the meaning of "qui"? it means, son of Danial son of Giacomo son of Daniel Mizzera?
- whats the meaning, in the begging, of "Valentino f. leg.? e na.? di Daniele"?

2) Giacoma, di Biasio

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1939238

If anyone could transcribe this records, I´d be grateful.

Grazie.

It is not "qui" but "qm" with an abbreviation mark above, it stands for the Latin word ”quondam" (of the deceased).
"leg." legittimo (born in wedlock)
"nat." naturale

Here is the transcription of the first record (which is itself a transcription). I will post the second record later:

1) Comune di Poffabro Li 12 Genaro 1778 (h? ore?) otto

Here the second one:

Giacoma, hodie nata, figlia legittima e naturale di Biasio quondam Giacomo Brun di Pascuta, e di Domenica jugali figlia del quondam Francesco quondam Valentin della domentina (?) de Parochi licentia fù rite, et recte battezzata dal Signor Don Valentin Cozzi Cappellano. Matrina Lucia moglie di Valentin quondam Zuane Brun di Pascuta.

Translaction:
Giacoma, born today, legit and natural daughter of Biasio (Biagio) son of the deceased Giacomo Brun di Pascuta, and of Domenica his wife, daughter of the deceased Francesco son of the deceased Valentino della Domentina [i'm not sure on this interpretation] upon Rector's licence was baptized by Mr. Father Valentino Cozzi, Chaplain. Godmother was Lucia, wife of Valentino son of the deceased Zuane (Giovanni) Brun di Pascuta.

I think that "di Pascuta" is the local surname of that Brun's family. In some villages there were a lot of families with the same surname so the locals used to name different families with nicknames. Pascuta means "little Pasqua" and Pasqua was an ancient feminine name (probably an old ancestor...)

Excelent, thank you!

(I think the name you read as "Domentina" must be "Tramontina", a very common surname in Poffabro).

Grazie again.

No, it's not "Tramontina". It starts with a "d" and doesn't seem linked to "tramontina". You'd search other documents about the same family to make a real and succesful comparison.
