This is a certificate included in a marriage process (allegatti).
The person getting married is Pasquale Bacchiega fu Francesco.

But it seems that the certificate is about Francesco (his father) being already dead - I think it says Bacchiega Francesco "de furoni" Bacchiega Lorenzo e M__? Santa died in 31.07.1867?

Can you please confirm?
If someone could transcribe the whole note I´d be thankfull.

In the document there is the transcription of Francesco Bacchiega's death certificate. It says "Certifica il sottoscritto che Bacchiega Francesco dei furono Lorenzo e Munerato Santa morì in questa parrocchia il dì 31 luglio dell'anno 1867 etc.". It means that Francesco Bacchiega died on 31.07.1867 and he was son of the deceased ("furono") Lorenzo and Santa Munerato.

In base del certificato di nullatenenza rilasciato dal Sindaco di questo Comune in favore di Bacchiega Pasquale fu Francesco in data 8 attuale

Certifica il sottoscritto che Bacchiega Francesco dei furono Lorenzo e Munerato Santa morì in questa Parrocchia il dì 31 luglio dell'anno mille ottocento sessanta sette (1867) in fede risulta dal Registro esistente in questo Archivio
