Ancestors in Piamonte

Hello everybody. Im sorry to write in English but I do not speak Italian. I`m from Argentina and looking for info about my ancestors. They were from Piamonte and the last name was Obbia. I could find some information, they migrated first to Brazil, arriving to Sao Pablo in 1892( vessel name was Giava, i think it departed Genova the 10th of february). Years later, my greatgrandfather ( who was 2 when he left Italy) came to Argentina. I have quit lot of information except the commune where they born ( im after the birth certificate). Ernesto Obbia born in 1861 +/- was married to Caterina Bionda born in 1867 +/-. They had 2 kids: Giovanni Teofilo ( my great grandfather) who was born in 1890 and Silvio wo was born in 1891. I have the feeling they could have been originally from Cuneo province and I know there are many Obbias named people in the commune of Ormea. I tried to reach the civil register by email but no luck yet. Can anyone give a hand please??? GRACIAS
