Jackpot! birth record for my great-grandfather Romano Poletto!!

So I know his parents are Felice Poletto and Maria Fuga and that he was born in November 1896, but I can't make out the day. Also, I do see that it lists the marriage to Alice Recker, but I can't quite make out the date. Help is much appreciated.

Felice Poletto was 30 years old and was a railway shunter. Maria Fuga was a housewife.
