He has declared that at 9:05 AM on 5th of current month (so on September 5th 1882) in a house situated in San Pietro at n. 410 by his wife Caleffi ? Teresa (Domenico's daughter), farmer, residing with him, was born a female baby called Costantina Maria Adele.

She married Zanoni Dante on November 23rd 1902 in Viadana (Marriage act n. 88)".

Her mother's maiden name should be Caleffi, but I'm not sure at all because I don't know surnames of that area.

"Marriage act n. 88" means that Civil Status Office of Viadana holds marriage registers where there is their marriage act, numbered that way (88).
If you don't have it, you can request an integral copy of this act to the above mentioned office.
