Grazie

Laura, your contribution was shocking, me and especially my father were behind this for years, despite multiple searches I could never came across with the material you provided.
It's 90% likely that the records you are showing me belong to my people.
I'm speechless, I'll need some time to figure out what to do next.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I'm so happy I was able to help you... I live in the area and I know that especially Canevaro and Canale lastnames are present in Zoagli...
I was searching for other siblings but found no other children born to the couple, is it possible they did emigrate soon after the birth of the second son?
Found no marriage act but the database ends with the year 1838, possible they married before that year.
Could you please tell me more about them? Did Antonio and Geronima left Zoagli too?
Laura

Unfortunately I have no information at all about Antonio and Geronima.
All I know is that Bernardo and his brother (and possibly other relatives) emigrated to Uruguay some year between their birth and 1866.
But truth is that these documents you found (specifically Bernardo's baptism certificate) are the only ones that were missing. Italian ambassy doesnt require that I show more information beyond Bernardo.
I already have their marriages and death certificates because those took place in Uruguay.
Laura, if you live in the area, would you be interested in obtaining legalized copies of these documents and send them to me? Of course we'll arrange a price for this that cover the costs and your time.
In case you want to talk this in private, my skype is "Sphotof".
