I see Galgani is the surname of one of the witnesses. So, that could could be a "signature" for approvation of replacement of mother's father's surname "Gambogi" with "Andreini".
Can you post the first page of the record?

The word "galgani" in the first page and "gambogi" in the second page are surrounded by a box, this means that they are deleted, they must not considered part of the text.
On the second page, after the deleted "gambogi" there is a "o|o" sign, that you see again (as a reference) in the last three lines of the document just before the signatures. The 3 lines read: "the deletion of the word *galgani* and *gambogi* is approved, *o|o* after the word Antonio add the word *Andreini*".
